2. What data we process
- Your email address, which identifies your account.
- Your name, if you sign in with Google or Microsoft, as provided to us.
- Your hub address and the date you created it.
- The content you publish: text, links and images you upload.
- Sign-up record: date, time and proof that you accepted these terms.
We neither request nor store payment data: the service is free. We do not know your password: it is stored encrypted by our identity provider.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Providing the service (creating your account, publishing your page): performance of the relationship you accept on signing up.
- Keeping the service safe and being able to remove content breaching the terms: legitimate interest in protecting the domain and other users.
- Essential notifications (confirming your email, resetting your password): performance of the service.
We do not send you marketing for using this tool, nor do we share your email with third parties for that purpose.
4. Who else is involved
To provide the service we use providers acting as data processors:
- Supabase — accounts and sign-in.
- Netlify — hosting of the pages and published content.
- Brevo — sending confirmation and recovery emails.
- Google and Microsoft — only if you choose to sign in with them.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
5. How long
For as long as your account is open. If you delete it, we erase your account, your hub and its content, except what we must keep by legal obligation or to handle a claim.
6. Your rights
You may ask us to access, rectify or erase your data, to object to or restrict processing, or to port it elsewhere. Write to privacidad@tarracoapplab.com. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
7. Your content is public
Bear in mind that the page you publish is public: anyone with the address can see it. Do not put there data you would not want seen. Client pages are not indexed by search engines, but that does not make them private.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures. Access is encrypted, passwords are held by the identity provider, and each account can only see and edit its own hub.
