1. What this service is

Links Hub is a free tool by Tarraco App Lab, S.L.U. that lets you build a page with your links and publish it at an address like links.tarracoapplab.com/your-name. No coding and no installation needed.

3. Your account

• Creating a hub requires an account, with email and password or with Google or Microsoft.
• Each account may have one hub on the free plan.
• You are responsible for what happens with your account. If you suspect someone else got in, write to us.
• The address you choose is unique and assigned on a first-come basis. It is neither reserved nor sold.

4. What you may and may not publish

Your hub sits on a domain of ours, so what you publish affects us. The following is not allowed:

• Unlawful content, or content infringing third-party rights (trademarks, images, protected works).
• Impersonating another person, company or brand, or implying your page belongs to someone it does not.
• Deception, scams, phishing, malware or links to any of these.
• Explicit sexual or violent content, hate speech, or content inappropriately aimed at minors.
• Spam, gambling, dubious crypto schemes, or anything a search engine would treat as abuse.

The content is yours and stays yours. We only host it and publish it at the address you choose.

5. Content removal and account closure

We may remove a hub or close an account, without prior notice where urgency requires it, when it breaches the section above or when its content puts at risk the reputation of the domain or of the other people using it. We will notify you by email and you may respond.

If you believe a hub published here infringes your rights, write to soporte@tarracoapplab.com stating the exact address and the reason.

6. Free service, no availability guarantee

The service is provided free of charge and as is. We do our best to keep it available, but we do not guarantee the absence of outages or data loss. Keep a copy of anything that matters to you.

We may change, limit or discontinue the service. Should we discontinue it, we would give reasonable notice so you can take your content with you.

7. You may leave at any time

You can delete your hub or your account whenever you want by writing to soporte@tarracoapplab.com. Once deleted, your page stops being published and its address becomes available to someone else.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Tarragona, unless consumer legislation provides otherwise.
